Voila! Here are my Jerome Cookies as promised.
I have to tell about my Mr. Cookie . As I removed the pan of cookie bars from the refrigerator he slowly moved toward me with a sneaky little grin (as if I had no clue what he was up to.) He stayed right beside me as I made each and every cut with the knife so I went as slowly as possible. I am such a tease. :)
As soon as the first cookie came out he gave me that Pleeeeease let me have it look with those pretty blue eyes. How could I ever resist?
His first response with his mouth full was mmmmmm........ these are so good.
Such a simple recipe but so addictive. Go figure!
Once I get the camera that I am wanting, I will have better pictures that show each step of the cookie making process. Keeping my fingers crossed for that one.

Well I have to admit...they do look Yummy...now if I could get you to pick out all of the coconut...LOL LOL ;)

ReplyDeleteI failed to make them today, but will make some tomorrow. It is cookie of the WEEK right? My tweeking will be to replace the coconut with chocolate chips. I will let you know how it turns out.
